Home / Parent portal
Your photos, ready to download.
Event albums, handbooks, newsletters and term dates — in one place.
Every album, full size.
Photos from matches, productions, trips and house events go up after each event. Enter the code the marketing office sends and download whatever you like — one photo or the whole album.
Private to Musikili families. Please do not repost photographs of other people’s children.
Simple as that.
Get your event code
The marketing office or your child’s teacher sends a short code for each event — a match, a production, a trip, a house evening. One code per album.
Open the portal
Tap Open the photo portal, type the code and the album opens. It works on a phone, tablet or laptop — no account to create, nothing to install.
Download what you want
Tap a photo to see it full size, then download it — or use the download-all button to take the whole album as a single ZIP file.
Not just photographs.
The portal page is also the front door to the documents parents ask for: the phase handbooks, the newsletter archive and the annual magazine.
All of them open in a flipbook reader — like a magazine on screen — and every one downloads as a PDF.
